Course Price : £495
Course Duration : 1 days
Overview
The course is presented as a mixture of discussion, teaching sessions and practical exercises. The course will be delivered in a very interactive and fun training way that seeks to engage delegates in the learning process. The style of delivery will present technical information in a non-technical manner employing everyday analogies wherever possible.
Audience
Delegates will be experienced sales personnel either involved in direct sales or in a pre-sales role. However, the course is also open to anyone who needs an appreciation of convergence and looking to sell converged solutions.
Pre-requisites
A general understanding of traditional voice or data communications
Objectives
The aim of this one day training course is to make delegates feel comfortable with selling convergence solutions and with the technology behind the solution.
The course is split into two main sessions – am and pm.
The morning session starts by giving delegates a thorough understanding of what convergence is and where it fits within the marketplace, followed by a brief but thorough description of the enabling technologies that make convergence a reality. The session concludes with a look at how to design and implement a converged solution followed by a practical exercise.
The afternoon session is more sales focussed and looks at why (or why not) we should adopt convergence, followed by a look at the convergence market and the products and solutions available today. The session concludes with a look at the convergence value proposition, followed by case studies and a practical group exercise.
